The ticket purchaser or holder (“YOU”) voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss or damage, personal or bodily injury, serious injury or death, which may occur by attending Yin on Fire. You hereby forever release, discharge, and shall hold Burning Woman, LLC, Yin on Fire and all their representatives, and Three Peaks Oasis harmless from any claims arising from such risk even if caused by the negligent act, error, or omission of Burning Woman, LLC, Yin on Fire, or Three Peaks Oasis, or its representatives including its agents, contractors, directors, employees, officers, and volunteers.
You hereby voluntarily assume all risk of injury or death arising from operation of all temporary or permanent installations, facilities, performances, workshops, and any other activity or person associated with this event.
You agree to maintain a safe distance from the fires and lit effigies until their coals are cold.
You agree to abide by these and all additional Yin on Fire policies either printed or that can be found in full online at https://www.yinonfire.com including but not limited to the Code of Conduct, FAQ’s and Waiver Agreement.
