Yin on Fire Food & Retail Vendors

Potential vendors, we are excited to meet you, and/or have you back again!  You add so much to the festival experience! We welcome you to apply for space at our festival.  Applications are now open. They will be reviewed and you will be notified by email if you are accepted or not. Once accepted, you will be sent the payment link.  The vendor fee is $300.

As a vendor, you will receive 2 General Admission tickets (they can be upgraded to VIP tickets for $50). These tickets will give you access to the evening concerts, camping onsite, and any events pertaining to general admission occurring during the day.

Retail marketplace booths will be given a 10X10 ft space, outdoors. (Dimensions may vary for Food Trucks).

No supplies are provided; you are responsible to bring all your own tables and chairs. There is no running water and no electricity available. If you need electricity, you will need to provide your own generator.

As a retail vendor, you are committing to the mandatory marketplace hours of 12 pm – 5 pm on Friday and Saturday. You are also welcome to operate as early as Thursday (Opening day) from 12 pm – 5 pm, and 8 am – 5 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Food vendors, if selected, we will communicate with you individually regarding your hours of operation to best suit your needs and available hours. We will base your schedule on your menu. In addition to daytime hours, we would like to have some food options available late at night, following our concerts, from 11 pm – 1 am.
