For the past decade, Taz has been producing and part of creating transformative and uplifting experiences globally and as a musician, he plays guitar, piano, Native American Flute, didgeridoo and hand percussion. He has a deep understanding of the power of sound and how it can be used to enhance the practice of yoga and meditation to create a seamless and enjoyable experience. Mostly known for his 8-year career in the NFL, Darren is also an artist, producer, speaker, and advocate for the mental health and addiction communities. He has become a pillar of inspiration to people worldwide because of his transformation from rock bottom to one of the top athletes in the world, while also pursuing sobriety, spiritual growth and inner healing along the way. Darren recently retired from football and is focused on widening the impact of his voice and creating a bigger footprint with the Darren Waller Foundation. My music is definitely rooted in hip-hop, but I am influenced by all different genres of music which are on display in the production I use. I always aim to have a deeper message intertwined with all the different melodies and sounds, challenging people to reevaluate their lives, challenge what they’ve been taught, and to choose the path that most authentically represents them. I want people to walk away from my art having felt a wide range of emotions and knowing that they have an uplifting message to take with them on their own journeys.
