VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
For Our Special Volunteers:
We could not carry out our amazing event without our volunteers! We are so grateful for their dedication to providing the most helpful assistance possible in a respectful, courteous and kind way. Our volunteers are committed to helping to make each person’s experience as safe and elevating as possible.
Please review this agreement carefully and contact us at

Yin on Fire volunteers are the face and heart of every Yin on Fire event so we do expect the best of each volunteer.
Each volunteer will receive:
All volunteers are required to register using the Volunteer Registration form. Once registered you will be connected to an email list and be contacted by a member of the Volunteer Leadership Staff with further information.
The volunteer shift schedule will be located at the designated Volunteer Home. It is imperative that each volunteer make sure they show up fully prepared (identification, understanding of your responsibilities) and on time for each shift. If for any reason a volunteer cannot meet their commitment, they are required to notify their assigned Leader. This notice must occur no later than 2 hours before the assigned shift. Each volunteer is also required to sign in and sign out for every shift.
It is required to wear the assigned identification during each shift. We also request that you always wear your wristband during the entire event and remain vigilant to any situation that should be reported. There is limited space so it should not be considered a “hang out” spot. Enjoy your time at the festival!
