For Our Special Vendors:

Our vendors will play a vital role for our Festival! We intend to offer a wide range of elevated products and services. We are so grateful for the gifts, talents and dedication of each vendor.

Yin on Fire vendors participating in our Marketplace will be required to complete the registration and receive approval in writing to participate. You will be assigned a Vendor Leader who will be your prime contact with any questions.

 As a Yin on Fire Vendor you understand and agree that:

• You will release your profile information to Yin on Fire with the agreement by Yin on Fire to keep your information private and confidential and only for use related to your vendor activities.
• You will abstain from conducting, supporting or participating in any criminal activities and any form of offensive conduct at any time during the event. 
• You will wear the assigned identification when operating in your booth.
• You will occupy your booth at all times between 9 am and 5 pm both Friday and Saturday.
• You will exemplify Yin on Fire's Cultural Values at all times during the event.
• You will be responsible for all matters regarding your booth, its contents, security and operation throughout the event.  
• You will stay in constant contact with your assigned Vendor Leader and notify the same if you must leave the booth beyond a bathroom break and when you return. 
• You are free to dissemble your booth any time after 5 pm Saturday evening.
• You will abide by the Code of Conduct and Ticket Terms and Conditions just as every Participant will be required.
• You will Leave No Trace and support every other Participant, Vendor and Volunteer in doing the same.
• You agree to pay the non-refundable $100 Retail Vendor Fee at the time of signing the contract.
