For Our Special Vendors:

Our food vendors will play a vital role in the success of our Festival! We intend to offer a wide range of food options. We are so grateful for the quality and service of each vendor.
 
Yin on Fire vendors participating in our Food Village will be required to complete the registration and receive approval in writing to participate. You will be assigned a Vendor Leader who will be your prime contact with any questions.

As a Yin on Fire Food Vendor you understand and agree that:

• You will release your profile information to Yin on Fire with the agreement by Yin on Fire to keep your information private and confidential and only for use related to your vendor activities.
• You will abstain from conducting, supporting or participating in any criminal activities and any form of offensive conduct at any time during the event. 
• You will provide all power and lighting necessary to operate your booth/truck and you understand there is no electricity provided at the Three Peaks Oasis venue.
• You understand there is no running water available at the venue.
• You will occupy your food booth/truck at the agreed upon times included in your forthcoming contract, which may include: Thursday evening, Sept. 14, 2023, through Sunday, Sept 17, 2023 at noon (depending upon your menu items).
• You will exemplify Yin on Fire's Cultural Values at all times during the event.
• You will be responsible for all matters regarding your booth/truck, its contents, security and operation throughout the event.  
• You will stay in constant contact with your assigned Vendor Leader and notify the same if you must leave the booth/truck or the venue for any reason.
• You will abide by the Code of Conduct and Ticket Terms and Conditions just as every Participant will be required.
• You will Leave No Trace and support every other Participant, Vendor and Volunteer in doing the same.
• You will provide proof of business license, food handlers certificate, and insurance coverage upon signing the contract.
• You agree to pay the non-refundable $150 Food Vendor Fee at the time of signing the contract.

I understand and agree to this Agreement
